undertones of pale yellow, peach, teal, navy, and red peak out from underneath a layer of "frosting" white covering. The impasto of the top layer of white is very very thick, almost like Frosting! It is hard to see how thick it really is in the photos. 

 
Paint applied with palette knife giving depth and texture and Impasto effect.
Gallery wrapped canvas, sides are painted, ready to hang, no need for a frame. Varnished with a satin finish.
