Processing time: Most original paintings ship out 3 to 5 business days after payment clears, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Shipping time varies by location and may be longer during the holidays. Because Print on Demand products are made to order, please allow 5-11 business days for shipping.
Shipping: I ship via UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS depending on size and location. Free standard shipping only applies to contiguous US states. For all other locations, please contact me for a shipping quote. For expedited shipping contact me before ordering, additional charges will apply.
Print on Demand: products are fulfilled and Shipped by Printful, they produce and ship products as fast as they can. Production and shipping times can vary anywhere from 3-15 days depending on product being produced, and time of year (eg, Christmas will take longer).
Returns: If you are not satisfied with your art, you have 7 days to contact me to request a refund. Once a return has been agreed upon, you are responsible for properly packing the art and paying for return delivery and insurance. Once the piece has been safely returned in its original condition, I will refund your payment within 7 days, minus the actual shipping costs. Please note that I cannot accept overseas returns.
